Deus ex: Human revolution, Character crackling problem?

I recently bought Deus ex: HR, It has been fine until recently ive just noticed a problem i have not noticed before. Any NPC i talk to has white pixels flashing over there clothes.



Ive only just noticed it and its really bugging me. Any suggestions?Deus ex: Human revolution, Character crackling problem?
maybe it's a bug in the game
